Dhobi Cart started as an internal tool: we were handling day-to-day operations for a laundry & dry-cleaning business and kept hitting the same wall — spreadsheets don't scale past one outlet. So we built the system we needed, then turned it into a product other operators could run their business on. It now handles order intake, pickup and delivery scheduling, per-client rate cards, and the reporting that keeps a multi-outlet business honest. We didn't just ship it and walk away — we're the ones who get the call when a rate card needs re-merging at 11pm.

01

Order & route management

Pickup and delivery teams work off one live queue instead of a call log.

02

Per-client rate cards

Garment pricing merged and versioned per client, so nothing gets billed at the wrong rate.

03

Rider scheduling

Assign and track riders across outlets without a separate spreadsheet per branch.

04

Operational reporting

One view across outlets — volume, turnaround time, and where orders get stuck.

BUILT BY THE SAME TEAM

This is what our SaaS product engineering looks like end to end.

If you're weighing a similar build — a product to run your own operations, or one to sell to others in your industry — this is the discipline it falls under.
